We / I agree to keep all information given to YOU by US or the agent confidential.
We / I agree not to pass on any information to any third party regarding the business we are inquiring about without your consent.
Further we agree that the information will only be used by us for the sole purpose to purchase the business.
Should we pass on any information given to us to any third party, we will take responsibility for all consequences and liabilities arising from it including but not limited to the payment of loss of profits suffered by the agent. We agree to destroy all written documentation on the business, whether in printed or electronic form, if we decide not to proceed with the purchase.
We agree that an agent has introduced us to the nominated business that we have enquired about and any further businesses requested are subject to the same conditions set out in this form.
We also agree not to approach the owner of the business or any member of their staff when we inspect the business, and agree that any contact is to be done through You or the agent. We acknowledge that if we proceed to acquire the business, a fee may be payable by the Vendor (the party selling the Business). Once this form is submitted, one of your agents will contact me shortly regarding the potential purchase of the business.
